08.00 AM	All our fresh vegetables and meats are delivered to our stores
09.00 AM	First chefs arrive to start chopping, slicing and preparing all raw ingredients
12.00 PM	Preparation of sauces for Indian, Chinese and Thai menus, pizza dough gets made
02.00 PM	Everyone takes a break and has lunch
03.00 PM	Head chefs arrive, oversee prep work and start planning the evening
04.00 PM	Telephone staff arrive, check all items are available, get ready
04.30 PM	Couriers arrive
04.45 PM	Last chance for quiet cup of coffee and a chat
05.01 PM	First call...and we are off!
